PURPOSE: A hay cutting apparatus for a fodder mixer is provided to prevent the slip of hay in the inner surface of the mixer by installing a skid-proof part in the inner surface of the mixer.CONSTITUTION: A hay cutting apparatus for a fodder mixer comprises: a main body(110) in which stock fodder is injected an auger screw(120) which is installed below the main body in a rotatable manner, and cuts hay injected into the main body and a skid-proof part(130) which is installed within the main body to be positioned between the main body and the auger screw, and prevents the slip of the hay by supporting the hay to be cut through the rotation of the auger screw. The skid-proof part has a supporting bar(131) which is connected to the inner surface of the main body in order to be arranged with a gap along the longitudinal direction of the auger screw. The supporting bar comprises a first supporting bar member(131a) which is arranged with a gap along the longitudinal direction of the auger screw and a second supporting bar member(131b) which is also arranged with a gap along the longitudinal direction of the auger screw so as to be positioned in a spaced part of the first supporting bar member.
