The present invention relates to a deacetylation hydrolase of a hyaluronic acid, a hyaluronic acid deacetylated by same and a derivative thereof. The deacetylated hyaluronic acid and the derivative thereof of the present invention have the following characteristics: a delayed initial decomposition rate on a living body minimized decrease of molecular weight and viscosity accelerated gelatinization due to a lower gelatinization temperature than the gelatinization temperature for a non-deacetylated hyaluronic acid and an hMSC survival rate that is hardly affected by increased concentration of the deacetylated hyaluronic acid and the derivative thereof in a culture medium. As a result, the deacetylated hyaluronic acid and the derivative thereof of the present invention can be useful as a bioingredient such as a delivery system for a cell, gene, drug, and the like, or a support for tissue engineering, etc.La présente invention a pour objet une hydrolase de désacétylation dun acide hyaluronique, un acide hyaluronique désacétylé par celle-ci et son dérivé. Lacide hyaluronique désacétylé et son dérivé selon la présente invention ont les caractéristiques suivantes : une vitesse de décomposition initiale retardée sur un corps vivant une diminution minimisée du poids moléculaire et de la viscosité une gélatinisation accélérée due à une température de gélatinisation plus basse que la température de gélatinisation pour un acide hyaluronique non désacétylé et un taux de survie des cellules souches mésenchymateuses humaines qui est faiblement sensible à une concentration accrue de lacide hyaluronique désacétylé et son dérivé dans un milieu de culture.
