PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfumed toilet tissue roll which is prevented from volatilization of the perfume until beginning of use and releases the perfume according to selection by a user and generates refreshing aroma when used.SOLUTION: The toilet tissue roll includes: a perfume retaining layer 20 fixed to a paper pipe inner surface 11A； a volatilizing perfume held in the perfume retaining layer 20 so as to be volatilized； and non-aerating gas barrier layers 21 and 22 covering at least a side opposite to the side of a paper pipe 11 in the perfume retaining layer 20. The perfume retaining layer 20 is exposed by releasing the gas barrier layers 21 and 22.
