PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of eliminating any danger such as injury and infection caused by erroneously pricking a finger with a sharp tip portion when disposing the injection needle.SOLUTION: A method for rounding a sharp tip portion by Joule heat generated by applying a current to an injection needle and sterilizing it, comprises: fixing a pair of electrodes coming into contact with the needle, to one rotational member for ensuring the operation and bringing the upper electrode into contact with a side face of the needle by motion of the lower electrode that is pressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】注射針を廃棄する際に、先端の尖った部分で誤って刺すことによる怪我や感染等の危険を排除する装置を、簡便な方法で実現し、提供すること。【解決手段】注射針に電流を流し発生するジュール熱で先端の尖った部分を丸め、かつ滅菌する方法において、動作を確実にするために、注射針に当接する一対の電極をひとつの回動部材に固定し、下側電極が押される動きで上側電極を注射針側面に当接させる構成とした。【選択図】図3
