The present invention relates to an aquatic breeding and feeding programmable system for recycling of feeding stuffs, which comprises a micro-controller, a stirrer motor being connected to the micro-controller for controlling feeding barrels, a first interceptor for detecting feeding stuffs, a multi-stage fan for blowing feeding stuffs, sensor for turbidity of breeding water quality, an electric motor for a recycling filter, water pumping motor, a second interceptor, a weigh sensor being connected to a residue recycling box for measurement of the quantity of the recycled residues. As a result, the micro-controller is used to detect the status of residues from feeding stuffs, and the residues can be recycled in a real time to estimate the recycled quantity thereof.
