Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Proteasom-Inhibitoren (PI) zur Hemmung der Reifung von Dendritischen Zellen (DZ) und damit zur Behandlung oder Prävention von Allergien, Asthma, Gewebe- oder Transplantatabstoßungen oder Autoimmunerkrankungen. Die Konzentration der Proteasom-Inhibitoren liegt vorzugsweise im Bereich von 10 nM bis 10 μM, bezogen auf das periphere Blut oder das Zytoplasma.Proteasome inhibitors (PI) are used for inhibiting the maturation of dendritic cells (DZ) and thus in the treatment or the prophylaxis of allergies, asthma, tissue or transplant rejection or autoimmune diseases. The concentration of the proteasome inhibitors lies preferably in the range of 10 nM to 10 &mu；M, based on the peripheral blood or the cytoplasm.L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'inhibiteurs du protéasome (PI) pour inhiber la maturation de cellules dendritiques (DZ) et pour ainsi traiter ou prévenir des allergies, l'asthme, des rejets de tissu ou de greffe ou des maladies autoimmunes. La concentration des inhibiteurs du protéasome se situe de préférence dans la plage allant de 10 nM à 10 μM, relativement au sang périphérique ou au cytoplasme.
