PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment tool that can treat sinusitis easily and accurately.SOLUTION: A medical treatment tool 10 has an outer tube 3 having a flexible pipe 2 at a tip, an image information acquisition unit 4 that is provided in the outer tube 3 and is freely inserted into/removed from the flexible pipe 2, and a fluid conveyance pipe 5 that is provided in the outer tube 3 in parallel to the image information acquisition unit 4, where the fluid conveyance pipe 5 and the image information acquisition unit 4 are selectively freely inserted into/removed from the flexible pipe 2.
