The present invention relates to an instrument in which a variable hinge is applied to an external fixation device that is used for fixation after osteotomy for diaplasis and orthopraxy. The variable external fixation device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of ring members that are arranged while penetrating a target skeleton in the longitudinal direction of the target skeleton； a plurality of rod members that are arranged to penetrate the respective ring member at regular angular intervals so that the relative positions of the respective ring member are fixed； and first and second joint members that are respectively arranged on one side and the other side of the uppermost ring member so as to guide a joint movement of the part corresponding to the target skeleton.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가변 외 고정 장치는 대상 골격의 길이 방향으로 상기 대상 골격을 관통하면서 배치되는 복수의 링 부재； 상기 링 부재 각각의 상대 위치가 고정되도록 상기 링 부재 각각을 일정 각도의 등 간격으로 관통하여 배치되는 복수의 로드 부재； 및 상기 대상 골격에 해당하는 부위의 관절 움직임을 유도하기 위해 상기 복수의 링 부재 중 최상부 링 부재의 일측 및 타측에 각각 배치되는 제1 및 제2 관절 부재를 포함한다.
