The present invention relates to a hybrid pet grooming apparatus comprising a sterilizing means and configured to be installed on a vehicle, wherein with the apparatus installed in an indoor space or cargo space of a movable vehicle, a user of the apparatus can visit a pet owner to provide a grooming or a washing treatment for the pet owner's pet animal.
