PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire for plant disease control, which can suppress nonuniformity of a disease controlling effect accompanying plant growth or leaf scorch of a plant. SOLUTION: The luminaire for plant disease control includes a reflecting plate 12 having a plurality of transmission holes 12b for transmitting a part of light of a light source 11 to the plant side, between the light source 11 and the plant, and having reflecting surfaces 12a for reflecting the remainder of the light.
