Inparticular, itprovides an appliance comprising at least one shell for receiving at least onetooth forrepositioning, the shell comprising a tooth receiving cavity, in which, duringuse, the toothmay sit； and further comprising a wire receiving member for receiving aconnecting wire, andan anchor. It also provides methods of making and using such appliances.
