Disclosed is a transparent composition for hair, which includes Polyquaternium-73 (PQ-73). The composition may further include a surfactant, and the surfactant is at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and cocamidopropyl betaine.
