Portable low flow gas dispenser for the intranasal delivery of therapeutic gas to a patient comprising: a housing having a distal end and a proximal end, a cylinder disposed within the housing and containing a therapeutic compressed gas gas control unit connected with the cylinder, filter and spray tip attached the distal end of the housing, wherein the tip has a wall defining a chamber which is in fluid communication with the gas control unit, the wall having a wall thickness and internal surface area and contains a porous material with a pore size, wherein the control unit comprises a restrictive nozzle controlling the gas flow rate from the cylinder to the tip, wherein the tip is designed and located so as to substantially limit the flow rate through the gas, wherein the porous material is capable of spraying and the filtering of the therapeutic gas, as the gas flows through wall nakonechnika.2.
