An application of a composition in preparing a health care product or medicine for preventing and treating leukopenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The composition is made of the following raw materials expressed in parts by weight: 5-200 parts of ganoderma lucidum, 5-150 parts of American ginseng or ginseng, 1-90 parts of cordyceps fungus powder and/or 1-120 parts of cordyceps； or the composition consists of water and/or ethanol extract of the above raw materials as active ingredients.L'invention concerne une composition pour la préparation d'un médicament ou produit de santé pour le traitement ou la prévention de la leucopénie chimio-induite et son application. Selon une variante, cette composition est composée d'eau et /ou d'extrait sous forme d'alcool provenant des composants précités tenant lieu de principe actif.
