The present invention relates to a method for preparing functional tea using Cudrania tricuspidata, and functional tea using Cudrania tricuspidata prepared by the same. The method for preparing functional tea using Cudrania tricuspidata comprises the steps of: (1) adding water to steamed and dried Orostachys japonicus and extracting, filtering, and concentrating the Orostachys japonicus to prepare Orostachys japonicus concentrate; (2) adding water to roasted branches of Cudrania tricuspidata, and extracting, filtering, and concentrating the branches of Cudrania tricuspidata to prepare Cudrania tricuspidata branch concentrate; (3) mixing the Orostachys japonicus concentrate prepared in the step (1) with the Cudrania tricuspidata branch concentrate prepared in the step (2) to prepare mixed concentrate; (4) adding water to leaves of steamed and dried rugosa rose and extracting, filtering, and concentrating the leaves of rugosa rose to prepare rugosa rose concentrate; (5) injecting the mixed concentrate prepared in the step (3) to mixed tea leaves of dried leaves of Cudrania tricuspidata and green tea leaves and rubbing the mixed tea leaves; (6) injecting the rugosa rose concentrate prepared in the step (4) to the rubbed mixed tea leaves in the step (5) and aging the mixed tea leaves; and (7) drying the mixed tea leaves aged in the step (6) and activating flavors of the mixed tea leaves.
