Independent claims are included for: (1) cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising a continuous aqueous phase； and (2) conditioning article comprising at least one sealed container containing a composition comprising a continuous aqueous phase, and means for distributing at least part of the composition, where the means allow to distribute the part of the composition without contacting the remainder of the composition contained in the container with the external environment to the contents of the container.
