FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method involves designing an anterior occlusion appliance comprising a palatal screw, side beams, rings or crowns for 4th and 6th teeth. The screw represents a Bertonis three dimensional screw with three independent guides. A front beam is mounted additionally to advance front teeth. Orthodontic crowns laser soldered up to the beams are mounted on the upper 4th and 6th teeth. Two elastic retainer hooks are laser soldered up to each side of the crowns the elastic retainers connect the appliance for treating anterior occlusion to Ormco facial mask. They are attached to the patient and used together until vertical and sagittal apertures disappear either completely or partially. That is followed by removing the Bertonis screw and all the beams and guides from the patients oral cavity. Thereafter, the patient uses the crowns with the hooks and elastic retainers, as well as the facial mask until the anterior occlusion, vertical and sagittal apertures and reverse incisal disocclusion relieve completely.
