PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine absorption pad capable of reducing a cost by reducing replacement frequency of the urine absorption pad, and pants using the urine absorption pad.SOLUTION: The urine absorption pad according to the present invention, which is placed on mens pants and used includes: a water-absorbing first area located at a front side of the pants a water-absorbing second area located at the back side of the pants and an intermediate area formed between the first area and the second area.
