PURPOSE: A hollow multi-cell buoy is provided, which has a simple manufacturing process and prevents generation of faults in the manufacture. CONSTITUTION: A hollow multi-cell buoy includes: upper and lower bodies(100,200) which have an empty space hollow shafts(120,220) which are respectively prepared to the center of the upper and lower bodies a partition support which is formed in the inner sidewall of the upper and lower bodies and a partition part(300) which is installed between the upper body and lower body and is punched in the central part. The upper and lower bodies and the partition part of the buoy are combined by the ultrasonic bonding method. The partition support uses several supporting plates.본 발명은 중공 다중셀 부구에 관한 것으로, 부구에 있어서, 상기 부구는 내부가 비어 있는 상, 하부 몸통(100, 200)으로 구분되되, 상기 상, 하부 몸통(100, 200)은 각각 중공축(120, 220)이 중심부위에 형성되고, 상, 하부 몸통(100, 200) 내부 벽면에는 칸막이 지지부(400)가 형성 되어 있으며 상부몸통(100)과 하부몸통(200) 사이에는 중앙부에 구멍이 천공된 칸막이부(300)가 게재되어 있는 것으로, 본 발명은 부구를 상, 하몸통으로 구분제작하고, 칸막이부와 지지부에 의해 부구 내에 다수 개의 셀(CELL)을 형성함으로써, 셀 중 하나가 파손되더라도 나머지 셀이 부력을 유지할 수 있으며, 제품의 강성이 크며, 또한 상, 하몸통을 초음파접합함으로써 제작공정이 편리하며, 제작시 불량발생이 없다는 현저한 효과가 있다.
