A non-expandable endoluminal prosthesis for implantation within a body lumen may include an elongate tubular conduit. The tubular conduit may have a first end segment and a second end segment. A drainage lumen may extend longitudinally within the tubular conduit. An actuating lumen may extend longitudinally within the tubular conduit. The prosthesis may include an actuating member received within the actuating lumen. The endoluminal prosthesis may be movable between a delivery configuration in which the tubular conduit is substantially linear and a deployed configuration in which at least one of the first end segment and the second end segment includes a retaining mechanism configured to retain the prosthesis in place relative to the body lumen. The actuating member may be configured to urge the prosthesis toward the deployed configuration.
