The present invention relates to a device for separation of the vegetables to tubers, such as carrots, beetroot, turnips, or the like, for a machine for harvesting, such as vegetables, which device for separation of the type comprising two sets of bars juxtaposed stripping (5) carried by the hubs rotary support, adapted so that said leaf stripping bars (5) of the two sets of bars intersect and grip the sheets of the vegetables to separate them from their tuber by pulling, the two ends of each of said bars (5) is extended by a shaft of the tread (51a, 51b), and each hub support comprising a plurality of systems of ball bearings, each adapted to receive one of said rolling shafts (51a, 51b), and according to the invention, this separation device is characterized by the fact that at least one of said leaf stripping bars (5) comprises at least one end (5 ′, 5 ") fitted with removable fixing means (10) of the shaft of the tread (51a, 51b).
