The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for preventing fine dust adsorption and enhancing a skin barrier, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition, which contains a component which provides a negative charge and a component which strengthens the skin barrier as an active ingredient to prevent skin contact of fine dust containing various pollutants in the air to the utmost, and which reduces skin damage due to fine dust by strengthening the skin barrier. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention minimizes the occurrence of skin irritation due to skin adsorption of fine dusts, restores damaged skin barrier to minimize penetration of the fine dust, and prevents skin troubles to protect the skin.본 발명은 미세먼지 흡착 방지 및 피부장벽 강화용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 음전하를 제공해주는 성분과 피부장벽을 강화하는 성분을 유효성분으로 함유하여 대기 내의 각종 오염물질이 함유된 미세먼지의 피부 접촉을 최대한 방지하고, 피부장벽을 강화하여 미세먼지의 의한 피부 손상을 줄이는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 미세먼지의 피부 흡착으로 인한 피부 자극 발생을 최소화하고 손상된 피부장벽을 회복하여 미세먼지의 침투를 최소화하고 피부 트러블 발생을 예방하여 피부를 깨끗하게 보호해 준다.
