PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty instrument, beauty instrument set, and beauty method capable of improving a concentration of carbon dioxide in a liquid containing carbonic acid which will come into contact with a skin.SOLUTION: A beauty instrument 70 includes: a gas passage 30 for guiding carbon oxide supplied from a gas storage portion 5 for storing the carbon dioxide and a porous gas discharge portion 43 for discharging the carbon dioxide guided by the gas passage 30 to the outside. The carbon dioxide as fluid flowing in the gas passage 30 is discharged being divided by the porous gas discharge portion 43.
