According to the present invention, disclosed is a photoacoustic scan image device, which can generate a high-resolution photoacoustic image by means of a photoacoustic sensor unit having a single channel or a low channel and variously adjust the resolution of the photoacoustic image. A photoacoustic scan image device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a laser emitting unit for emitting a laser pulse at an object； a photoacoustic sensor unit for collecting photoacoustic signals generated when the object thermoelastically expands because of the laser pulse； a scan unit for scanning an inspection area of the object by moving the photoacoustic sensor unit； and a photoacoustic generation unit for generating a photoacoustic image by using the photoacoustic signals sequentially collected by the photoacoustic sensor unit.La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'image de balayage photoacoustique, qui peut générer une image photoacoustique à haute résolution au moyen d'une unité de capteur photoacoustique ayant un seul canal ou un canal bas et ajuster de manière variée la résolution de l'image photoacoustique.
