The seed drill attachment comprises a main seed hopper (10), fitted to the front of the towing tractor (1) and the drill heads on the rear hitch. The drill heads include the furrow digging tools and a subsidiary seed hopper (12), which delivers seed directly to the sowing points. The subsidiary hopper is kept topped up from the main tank. The seed feed between the hopper comprises a slow moving mechanical feed, and a surplus return. The feed to the drill heads comprises a simple gravity feed.
