The invention relates to a device for monitoring the compliance with an obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) treatment, including a gas passage (7) including an inlet (7a) and an outlet (7b), to which a flow rate determination device (1) is connected to determine the flow rate of the gas circulating between the inlet (7a) and the outlet (7b) two absolute pressure sensors or one relative pressure sensor (2, 3) to determine the pressure difference between at least a portion of the passage (7) and the outside atmosphere said flow rate determination device (1) and said pressure sensor(s) (2, 3) being connected to processing means (4) which are capable of, and are designed for, processing the flow rate and pressure values determined by said flow rate determination device (1) and said sensor(s) (2, 3), and deriving therefrom at least one data item indicating the daily processing duration and one data item indicating the efficacy of the obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) treatment data storage means (5) to store at least one of said data items and transmission means (6) which are capable of transmitting, and designed to transmit, at least one of said data items.
