The present invention relates to a patient-specific ankle cast. More specifically, the patient-specific ankle cast comprises: a body portion which has an inner surface having a contour complementary to a surface contour of a patient&primes treatment area and is divided into two or more sections and a binding means formed along the outer periphery of the body portion to fasten the divided body portion. The body portion includes a guide portion formed along the outer periphery thereof where the binding means is to be positioned, wherein the guide portion includes: a protruding guide portion protruding from the outer surface of the body portion to form a cavity having a shape corresponding to the binding means on the inner side thereof and a recessed guide portion formed along the outer periphery of the body portion to form a groove having a shape corresponding to the binding means. When the bending direction of the outer periphery of the body portion where the binding means is to be positioned is constant, the recessed guide portion is formed, and when the bending direction of the outer periphery of the body portion where the binding means where the binding means is to be positioned is not constant, the protruding guide portion is formed. A positioning portion having a concavo-convex shape is included on a cutting line of the body portion divided into two more sections. A through-hole pierced through the outer surface and the inner surface of the body portion includes: a protrusion insertion hole which has a shape of receiving a bone protrusion protruding on a patient&primes ankle area on which a cast is to be put, and penetrates through the outer surface and the inner surface of the body portion and a plurality of ventilating holes which have a random shape at sites other than the site where the protrusion insertion hole is located on the body portion, and penetrate through the outer surface and the inner surface of the body portion.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 환자 맞춤형 발목
