PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus control system for performing apparatus control in order for an organism such as a human being to learn an intended action, with which it is possible to heighten the possibility that the organism can execute the intended action even when away from the command of apparatus control.SOLUTION: An apparatus control system 10 for performing apparatus control that affects an organism such as a human baby, for example, comprises: an evaluation unit 110 for successively evaluating actions of an organism on the basis of observation data pertaining to the actions of the organism that are successively obtained from a camera 200, for example； a determination unit 120 for determining a content of apparatus control under a fixed condition on the basis of an evaluation result of the evaluation unit 110； and a control unit 140 for exercising apparatus control on the basis of the content of apparatus control each time the content of apparatus control is determined by the determination unit 120.
