A balance assistance system includes a rotating member, a first driving unit, a sensing module and a processing unit. The first driving unit is connected to the rotating member. The first driving unit is configured to drive the rotating member to rotate. The processing unit is electrically connected to the first driving unit and the sensing module. The processing unit receives a sensing signal from the sensing module. The processing unit determines a current behavior mode from a plurality of behavior modes according to the sensing signal.
