A system enabling at the same time the extraction, sealing and preservation of blood for recreational, cultural or symbolic use by means of a set of progressively interlocking elements or components, enabling the obtaining of a blood sample by means of a simple compression and suction mechanism for its subsequent preservation and use. It consists of a system of concentric tubes and seals, strategically disposed in order to constitute an assembly that is compressible by deformation and at the same time airtight, where the same element is employed for the cut/puncture, for the collection of capillary blood and for the sealing and stabilisation thereof. The entire assembly operates as a recovery spring for the compressive stress associated with a puncture and a suction process that enables the correct extraction of the blood. The system comprises, as its main elements, a suction cap, a suction distributor, a male vial equipped with a needle, a circular base component, a tubular linking shoe, a squeezable bulb and, as an accessory, a female vial.Sistema que permite, al mismo tiempo extraer, sellar y conservar la sangre para un uso lúdico y simbólico mediante un conjunto de elementos o piezas de encaje sucesivo, permitiendo, obtener una muestra de sangre mediante un mecanismo sencillo de comprensión y succión para su posterior conservación y uso. Consiste en un sistema de tubos concéntricos y juntas en una disposición estratégica a fin de constituir un conjunto comprensible por deformación y a la vez estanco, donde el mismo elemento se utiliza para el corte- punción, para la recogida de la sangre capilar y para el sellado y estabilización de la misma.
