A method of decellularizing a tissue comprising a distensible membrane sac, the method comprises: (i) immersing the distensible membrane sac in a buffer solution at a mild alkaline pH that includes active amounts of a proteolytic inhibitor； (ii) distend the distensible membrane bag by introducing a sufficient volume of the same buffer solution into the inner cavity of the bag and； (iii) continue the decellularization of the sack by replacing and introducing fresh solutions both around the outer surface of the sack and in the inner sack itself in order to maintain the sagging of the sack during decellularization.Un método de descelularización de un tejido que comprende un saco membranoso distensible, el método comprende: (i) sumergir el saco membranoso distensible en una solución tampón a un pH alcalino suave que incluye cantidades activas de un inhibidor proteolítico； (ii) distender el saco membranoso distensible mediante la introducción de un volumen suficiente de la misma solución tampón en la cavidad interior del saco y； (iii) continuar la descelularización del saco mediante la sustitución y la introducción de soluciones frescas tanto alrededor de la superficie exterior del saco y en el propio saco interior a fin de mantener la distensión del saco durante descelularización.
