The cushion includes an inner tube and an outer covering. The inner tube receives the strap of the sling to cushion the neck and shoulder of the user of the sling by being selectively secured anywhere along, and over, the strap of the sling so as to be positioned on the strap of the sling at the neck and shoulder of the user. The outer covering receives, and is replaceable relative to, the inner tube.
