The present invention relates to a reuse prevention syringe. According to the present invention, the reuse prevention syringe comprises: a cylindrical outer container having a space to accommodate a liquid material； a needle hub connected to the outer container while a needle is coupled； and a sliding cover which includes a cover part arranged to surround the outer container and installed to be relatively moved on the outer container to be movable between a first position enabling the needle to be used and a second position suppressing exposure of the needle, and includes a deformation part arranged in an elastic state between the outer circumferential surface of the outer container and the cover part when the cover part is located closer to the outer container, and elastically deformed to suppress exposure of the needle when the cover part is positioned closer to the needle side.본 발명은 재사용 방지 주사기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 재사용 방지 주사기는, 액상 물질이 수용될 수 있도록 공간을 가지는 통 형상으로 이루어진 외통； 바늘이 결합된 상태로 상기 외통에 연결되는 니들 허브； 및 상기 외통을 감싸는 형태로 배치되고, 상기 바늘의 사용을 가능하게 하는 제1위치와 그 바늘의 노출을 억제시키는 제2위치 사이에서 이동될 수 있도록, 상기 외통에 상대이동 가능하게 설치되는 커버부와, 상기 커버부가 상기 외통 측에 가깝게 위치된 경우 그 커버부와 외통의 외주면 사이에 탄성 가압된 상태로 배치되고, 상기 커버부가 이동하여 상기 바늘 측에 가깝게 위치된 경우 탄성 변형되어서 상기 바늘의 노출을 억제시키는 변형부를 구비하는 슬라이딩 커버；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
