The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing hydrogen water. According to the present invention, provided is an apparatus for producing hydrogen water, the apparatus comprising: a hydrogen water generation unit which receives water and generates hydrogen water； and a hydrogen water purification unit which purifies the hydrogen water generated in the hydrogen water generation unit, wherein the hydrogen water purification unit comprises a housing provided with an inlet and an outlet, and a ceramic ball layer disposed inside the housing and composed of porous ceramic balls.
