PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam injection device which can inject steam with a higher degree of dryness.SOLUTION: The steam injection device 1 is provided with a generator 20 for generating steam by heating water, a steam injection port 50 for injecting the steam generated from the steam generator 20 and a steam guide pipe 21 for guiding the steam to the steam injection port 50 from the steam generator 20.
