This invention relates to a hair care composition which is a composition utilizing light energy to have both hair coloring and hair caring functions, containing hair care base material, 0.3wt% to 5.0wt% of silver-containing salt (not including silver halide), 0.2wt% to 20.0wt% of amino acids, and/or 0.2wt% to 20.0wt% of aminosulfonic acid, and/or 0.2wt% to 30.0wt% of polyol oiltea camellia oil seed residue extract, and 0.2wt% to 5.0wt% of surfactant to form the composition. The surfactant is selected from amino acid type surfactant, saccharide modified siloxane surfactant, or the mixture thereof, wherein the amino acid does not include reducing amino acids and sulfur-containing amino acids. The hair care composition formula of this invention may have the advantages that it will not cause damages to skin and hair and may stabilize the hair coloring effect.本發明為一種護髮組成物,利用光能的兼具染髮與護髮功能的組成物,係包含:護髮基料、0.3wt%~5.0wt%的含銀鹽類(其中不包括鹵化銀)、0.2wt%~20.0wt%的胺基酸,及/或0.2wt%~20.0wt%的胺基磺酸,及/或0.2~30.0wt.%的多元醇苦茶油粕萃取液,以及0.2~5.0wt.%的界面活性劑而製成的,該界面活性劑選自氨基酸型界面活性劑或糖類改質矽氧烷界面活性劑或其混合物,且其中胺基酸不包還原性胺基酸和含硫胺基酸。根據本發明之護髮組成物配方可達成不會損傷皮膚和毛髮且具染髮效果穩定之護髮組成的優點。
