PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a medicinal agent packaging system 20 capable of stably putting a small amount to a large amount of a medicinal agent into a separate packaging band 8 without vertically moving a medicinal agent put-in hopper 52.SOLUTION: In the medicinal agent packaging system 20, keeping a separate packaging band feed mechanism 30, a printing mechanism 40, and a separate sealing mechanism 50 disposed on a separate packaging band feed path so as to enable drawing, the hopper upper part 52a of the medicinal agent put-in hopper 52 is fixed, and the hopper lower part 52b is a movable member capable of carrying out a push-open operation of pushing and opening an insertion part of the separate packaging band 8 from inside toward outside. The push-open operation is carried out when the medicinal agent is put in, but not carried out upon forward feeding of the separate packaging band. The push-open operation is carried out by a width increasing operation. The hopper upper part 52a is vertical, but the hopper lower part 52b is inclined. The push-open operation is carried out by a distant operation of the upstream side of a pair of opposed members 84 and 87. Upper ends 93 and 94 of the pair of opposed members 94 and 97 serve as the shutters for opening/closing the medicinal agent passage path 81a.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】薬剤投入ホッパ52を上下動させなくても薬剤を少量から多量まで安定して分包帯8に投入しうる薬剤包装装置20を実現する。【解決手段】分包帯供給機構30と印刷機構40と区分封入機構50とを分包帯送り経路に配設して引出可能にした薬剤包装装置20において、薬剤投入ホッパ52のホッパ上部52aを固定し、ホッパ下部52bは分包帯8の差し込み部分を内側から外側へ押し開く押開動作を行える可動部材にする。押開動作は薬剤投入時に行い分包帯の順送り時には行わない。拡幅動作にて押開動作まで行う。ホッパ上部52aは鉛直にするがホッパ下部52bは傾斜させる。一対の対向部材84,87 の上流側の離隔動作にて押開動作を行う。一対の対向部材94,97の上端93,94を薬剤通過経路81a開閉用シャッタにする。【選択図】 図1
