The present invention relates to novel anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory stones for use in the treatment of astaxanthin syrup extracts and polyphenolic compounds isolated therefrom. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The granular extract of the present invention and the polyphenolic compound of the present invention have an anti-inflammatory activity and an activity of inhibiting the production and development of urinary stones.
