The present invention relates to an airway intubation assembly capable of checking patient breathing, which comprises: an airway intubation； and an identification unit including: a housing connected to flow air to the one side of the airway intubation and having a transparent window； and a fluid having fluidity due to the flow of the air generated by breathing of the patient. According to the present invention, the airway intubation assembly is equipped with the identification unit in the conventional airway intubation, thereby having an effect of checking whether the patient breathing through the vision or hearing of doctors or ambulance workers.본 발명에 따른 환자의 호흡 여부를 확인할 수 있는 기도삽관 어셈블리는 기도삽관； 상기 기도삽관의 일 측에 공기가 내통되도록 연결된 것으로, 투명창을 구비한 하우징과, 상기 하우징 내에 장착된 것으로서 환자의 호흡으로 발생된 공기의 흐름에 의하여 유동성을 가지는 유동체를 구비한 식별부；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면 기도삽관 어셈블리는 종래의 기도삽관에 식별부가 장착되어 환자의 호흡 여부를 의사 또는 구급대원의 시각 또는 청각을 통해 확인할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
