The present invention provides a MS medium of media for plant tissue culture, which includes kinetin (1000 ppm) of 500 ul and BA of 2 ml, as a medium for in vitro mass propagation for a plant of the dendropanax genus of the araliaceae family. The present invention is for in vitro mass propagation for the plant of the dendropanax genus. BA of 2mg/L and kinentin of 500 ul are futher provided to the MS medium that is a base medium. The present invention also provides a method of inducing cell division and propagating a plant body by using the in vitro mass propagation and a mass propagation method for Korean native species of trees.
