Invention relates to an ophthalmic medical device to self-instill correct dosage of eye drops, wherein saiddevice saves on wastage of eye drops spilled outside the eye. The device comprises a mirror attached with a clasp via an adjustable arm. Adjustable angle of the mirror helps in self-instilling the drops from a fully filled bottle till the last drop. This pocket friendly device further comprises clips attached to the said clasp to hold any eye bottle tightly. The device clips on very easily to any eye drop bottle and reflects an image of the nozzle of the eye drop bottle to which it is clipped on, and the user™s eye to the user.The inbuilt spirit level guides the patient for correct orientation and positioning of the device. With this device the user with reasonable good vision can safely self-instill correct dosage of liquid eye medication under direct visualization.
