Die vorliegende Erfindung schlägt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Implantats, insbesondere einer intraluminalen Endoprothese, mit einem Körper vor, der zumindest auf einem Teil seiner Oberfläche eine Beschichtung aufweist und dessen Degradation gezielt von außen beeinflusst werden kann, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:a) Bereitstellen des Implantatkörpers,b) Aufbringen der Beschichtung auf die Oberfläche des Implantatkörpers, wobei die Beschichtung ungefüllte Hohlräume, vorzugsweise in Form von Microbubbles (2), aufweist.Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Implantat erhältlich durch ein derartiges Verfahren.Manufacturing an implant, comprises (a) providing an implant body, and (b) applying a coating to at least a portion of a surface of the body, where the coating comprises unfilled cavities, optionally in the form of microbubbles (2).
