[Problem] A compound which is useful as an anti-obesity agent is provided. [Means for Solution] The present inventors have investigated a compound having a DGAT1 inhibitory action, which is promising as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for treating obesity, type II diabetes mellitus, fatty liver, and diseases associated with these diseases, and as a result, they have found that the diacylethylenediamine compound of the present invention has an excellent DGAT1 inhibitory action, thereby completing the present invention. That is, the diacylethylenediamine compound of the present invention has a DGAT1 inhibitory action, and can be therefore used as an agent for preventing and/or treating obesity, type II diabetes mellitus, fatty liver, and diseases associated with these diseases.과제본 발명은, 항비만약으로서 유용한 화합물을 제공한다. 해결 수단본 발명자들은, 비만, Ⅱ형 당뇨병, 지방간 및 이들에 기인하는 주변 질환의 치료용 의약 조성물의 유효 성분으로서 유망한, DGAT1 저해 작용을 갖는 화합물에 관해서 검토하여, 본 발명의 디아실에틸렌디아민 화합물이 우수한 DGAT1 저해 작용을 갖는 것을 확인하여, 본 발명을 완성하였다. 즉, 본 발명의 디아실에틸렌디아민 화합물은 DGAT1 저해 작용을 지녀, 비만, Ⅱ형 당뇨병, 지방간 및 이들의 주변 질환의 예방 및/또는 치료제로서 사용할 수 있다.
