PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for bone surgery, which gives appropriate pressurizing force to a fracture region thereby to improve work efficiency.SOLUTION: The instrument 10 for the bone surgery includes an instrument body 11, a guide member 3 and a tool 40. The tool 40 has a connecting portion 42A with a surgical instrument 2 at one end part and an operation portion 43 at the other end part. A mounting part 42B of the guide member 3 is set in the vicinity of the connection portion 42A of the tool 40, and a pressurizing member 50 is disposed between the mounting portion 42B and the operation portion 43. The pressurizing member 50 includes: a compression portion 51 for pressurizing a bone 1 by being abutted on the guide member 3 and a compression handle 65. The compression portion 51 includes: an outer cylinder portion 52 a spring member 62 and an inner cylinder portion 58 for pressurizing the outer cylinder portion 52 toward the side of the guide member 3.
