PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery supporting system for ophthalmology which facilitates operation of surgical instruments and also facilitates accurate positioning of a distal end of a surgical instrument against an affected area.SOLUTION: The surgery supporting system for ophthalmology comprises a holding unit 300 for holding a surgical instrument movably in the axial direction and tilting units 400 and 500 for holding the holding unit so that the surgical instrument tilts two-dimensionally centering a predetermined point O.
