The present invention relates to methods of regulating resistance or sensitivity to an Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) target agent through a peptide that specifically binds Neuropilin 1. In addition, resistance or susceptibility to EGFR target agents through a combination of a fusion antibody and an EGFR target agent in which a peptide specifically binding to neuropilin 1 is fused to an EGFR target antibody and a heavy chain constant region of the antibody in which the peptide is fused. Therefore, through the peptide specifically binding to neuropilin 1 according to the present invention, a high effect can be expected in the treatment of various tumors having resistance to the EGFR target agent.본 발명은 뉴로필린 1(Neuropilin 1)에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드를 통해 EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) 표적 제제에 대한 저항성 또는 감수성을 조절하는 방법들에 관한 것이다. 또한, 뉴로필린 1에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드가 EGFR 표적 항체에 융합된 융합 항체 및 EGFR 표적제제와 상기 펩타이드가 융합된 항체 중쇄불변부위와의 병용투여를 통한 EGFR 표적 제제에 대한 저항성 또는 감수성을 조절하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 뉴로필린 1에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드가 EGFR 표적 항체에 융합된 융합 항체는 췌장암에서 EGFR 표적항체에 대한 저항성을 극복한다. 또한, 뉴로필린 1에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드가 EGFR 표적 항체에 융합된 융합 항체는 EGFR 표적 항체에 대한 저항성을 가지는 폐암에서도 EGFR 표적항체에 대한 저항성을 극복한다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 뉴로필린 1에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드를 통해, EGFR 표적 제제에 대한 저항성을 가지는 다양한 종양의 치료에 높은 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
