PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine housing cassette and a medicine discharge device for mounting the same so that a medicine may be properly discharged.SOLUTION: Transfer means 16 comprises: conveyor belts 17 disposed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of a cassette body 15 for conveying a medicine 10 to the side of a medicine put-out device 13 and belt supporting surfaces 18, on which the back sides of the conveyor belts 17 slide. The inner peripheral surfaces of the belt supporting surfaces 18 are arranged outside of the inner peripheral surfaces of the conveyor belts 17, so that the medicine 10 is conveyed while being placed on the conveyor belts 17.
