PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual performance examination apparatus taking into account an influence of a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A visual performance examination apparatus includes: light projecting means for projecting a stimulus light onto an examination site of the ocular fundus of an eye to be examined； reaction acquisition means for acquiring a response of a subject by the stimulus light； ocular fundus image acquisition means for acquiring an ocular fundus image； blood vessel detection means for detecting a blood vessel of the ocular fundus； prediction means for predicting an influence on the response by the blood vessel based on positional relationships between the examination site and the blood vessel； and notification means for notifying an examiner of a result of the prediction by the prediction means.
