Для восстановления нормотонуса глазного яблока после воздушной тампонады витреальной полости (ВП) при выполнении эндовитреальных вмешательств с помощью витреоретинального комбайна, оснащенного блоком автоматического регулирования ВГД, в случае снижения ВГД во время удаления портов вводят дополнительную иглу 32G через прокол в проекции плоской части цилиарного тела и выполняют подачу стерильного воздуха до нормализации ВГД, после чего иглу выводят из полости глаза и завершают операцию. Способ позволяет восстановить нормотонус глазного яблока в случае снижения ВГД при удалении портов после тампонады ВП стерильным воздухом и повысить эффективность хирургического вмешательства. 2 пр.
