PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic image diagnosis support system enabling a doctor to easily identify the sites with the function of the pulmonary blood stream degraded in a lung from a dynamic image of a chest taken in the respiratory condition.SOLUTION: According to a diagnostic console 3, a control unit 31 obtains a cardiac wall position from respective frame images of a dynamic image of a chest transmitted from a photographing console 2 to calculate a time change of the cardiac wall position, and also divides a lung field area of the respective frame images of the dynamic image into a plurality of small blocks to calculate a time change of a pixel signal value in each of the divided small blocks. The respective time changes are subjected to filtering by high-pass filter in the time axial direction to calculate for each small block a phase delay time of the time change of the pixel signal value in the small block to the time change of the cardiac wall position, and the respective small blocks are displayed with a luminance value depending on the phase delay time on a display unit 34.
